Because most items are custom or personalized, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing, colors, spelling and personalization before placing order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.

Once work has begun on a custom or personalized order, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
